Shipping Policy for NowAndThenTees.

At CircuitSwag, we appreciate your patience as we custom-create your professional gear. Since all items are made-to-order, please note the difference between processing time and shipping time.

1. Order Processing and Production Time

  • Custom Production: All shirts, mugs, socks, and accessories are custom-printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Timeframe: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and packaged before it is ready to ship. Production times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)

Shipping transit times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States 3 – 5 business days
Canada / UK 5 – 10 business days
International 10 – 20 business days

Note: Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The total weight of the items in your cart.

  • Your delivery address.

  • The shipping speed you select (Standard vs. Expedited).

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after your order has been shipped (i.e., after the 3–7 day production window). Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

5. International Shipping, Taxes, and Duties

CircuitSwag is pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.

  • Customs, Taxes, and Duties: Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local country's customs agency. These charges are not included in your total checkout price.

  • Refused Delivery: If a package is refused by the customer upon delivery due to unpaid duties, the package may be abandoned, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
